Dartmoor Calling Documentary
Ruth Webb was delighted to be a part of this important film about activism on Dartmoor. As well as contributing to the interviews, recording oral histories of others, she designed and made a miniature Rewilderbeest with a poseable armature, used in stop-motion sequences interspersed throughout the film- Look out for the beesty!
Dartmoor Calling tells the stories of the activists who saved Dartmoor from development from the 1950s, the activists who campaign for and defend land access rights and the people trying to restore nature on Dartmoor.
