We were summoned to forge the Giant Gauntlet for HRH Prince William — a symbol carried to the Duchy of Cornwall as a call to action. That gauntlet bears a simple demand to Prince William: re-wild Dartmoor, or return it to the people.

This campaign that we stand behind is led by Wild Card and countless local voices who see Dartmoor fading under mismanagement. Together, we call on all landowners, and especially the Duchy, to restore this ancient landscape — bringing back trees, plants, and wildlife, and protecting it against the deepening climate crisis.

Prince William has spoken to the world of his commitment to nature and future generations. As custodian of Dartmoor, he has the power and the responsibility to turn words into action.
